She also possesses strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal business partners and external customers, particularly during the hardship cases where resolution of delinquent accounts is proving challenging. An experienced Credit Manager with large multi-national organizations who has been heavily involved in change management as a result of  the development and implementation of  new systems, processes and procedures for organizations across the petroleum, printing, recruitment, and construction industries. In a previous role she has been successfully  involved with the finance project team for analyzing and implementing  a shared services model including the centralization of the accounts receivable function. In addition, her great communication, leadership and people skills ensure that this is the best person to have at the head of any Credit/Project management team.
